SERS Valuation Visit
25 April 2022, 2pm plus – 2 staffs from HDB knocked on our door. Upon entering our home, the young guy began to took pictures of our windows, curtain and also jotting down items on his writing pad. The lady went from room to room taking wide angle view of the living spaces.
SMS Scam again?
Kind of enjoying receiving all sorts of SMS which sometimes looked like legit. We received with a link asking us for feedback.
I only hope that the new site will be as convenient as my current place.
At the current location, there is no need to worry about getting drenched if we came out from AMK MRT as there are shelters at the bus-top outside the MRT station and there are sheltered linkways connecting 562, 563, 544 and 565.
