After 1,040 days since the AMK SERS announcement, the project finally opens to the public under the Sales Of Balanced Flat on 10 Feb 2025.
We are looking forward to new homeowners to join us in making AMK Pine Ville a wonderful neighborhood.
Price is not cheap though. Average price of a 93sqm 4-room unit at level 2 is already half a million dollars – OMG
Hopefully as more people move into the new estate, we will have better transportation and linked way shelters just like what we use to enjoy in the old pre-SERS neighborhood.
Another 2 Chinese New Year, we will all starting to say bye bye to this place that we are so used to. Quite sad though.
