Received a SMS from HDB today 11:00am 28 April 2023 to inform me about going down to Blk 561 AMK void deck to visit the SERS pop-up booth and vote for the preferred facilities and name of the new estate.
Hmmm..I thought it will be called Ulu Ang Mo Kio Drive….
The InVitation
A Pop-up booth was setup at the void deck of block 561 Ang Mo Kio on 29 April 2023. Main purpose was for the affected AMK SERS residents to have the chance to participate in selecting the name for Ulu AMK Drive as well as the types of facilities.
Elderly Fitness Corner options
There were 6 types of fitness station design for residents to chose from. Options 2, 3 and 5 seems to be the most popular.
adult Fitness Corner options
Total of 4 adult fitness designs were up for voting. Option 1 and 3 got most of the votes.
wellness benches options
2 types of Wellness Benches up for voting. Option 1 seems to have most vote.
Estate naming
3 precinct names were presented – Wood Ville @ AMK, Oat Ville @ AMK and Pine Ville @ AMK.
There were also 4 precinct maker board designs up for selection. Looks like most preferred Option 2
community living room
Void deck just say void deck lar. Simi sai community living room. 8 designs were up for voting. Zen, Colonial and Fitness seems to be the most hotly contested.
