We the AMK SERS resident had to pay a fucking \$100,000 – \$160,000 to get the new BTO at the SERS site. And hell ya, the government also purposely put the site much further from the MRT.

To rub salt to our wounds, not only they gave AMK Central to others, they even move Woodland SERS resident to a plot of land just next to MRT.
And this existing leaders just kept making our lives harder and harder. GST will be 9% next year. Food and every day necessities all went up like mad.
