Ever since 1 week after the SERS news broke, we began to see property agent fliers stuck in front of our metal gate. And seems like every Friday evenings, someone will knocked on my main door.
When I searched online property portal, someone actually posted out to sell their 4-room unit for $738,888! This is what we call sharpen the knives all the way. LOL.
