As a resident of Pine Ville AMK, I’ve always been fascinated by architectural visualization, but like many people, I found professional 3D modeling software intimidating and complex. As we close out 2025, it’s time to reflect on what has been a transformative year for Pine Ville @ AMK. For those of us affected by the April 2022 SERS announcement for Blocks 562-565 along Ang Mo Kio Avenue 3, this year brought us significantly closer to our new homes.
