Pine Ville @ AMK Construction Update: 27 May 2026
Photos taken this morning at 9am. All residential towers are at full height — no crane activity visible on the upper floors. The site has moved firmly into its ground-level phase.
The space between the blocks is still a busy construction zone. Bare earth, machinery, and site cabins are spread across the podium area. The structural framework for the covered linkways between blocks is up but not finished. Along the site perimeter, road works are underway — the base layers are being laid, though no road surface yet.
Site Snapshot — 27 May 2026, 9:00am
- Tower structures: Full height, no upper-floor crane activity
- Facade cladding: Complete on all visible blocks
- Inter-block podium: Active — bare earth, machinery present
- Linkway framework: Structure up, not yet finished
- Lower-level scaffolding: In place on at least one block (void deck / ground-floor fitout)
- Perimeter roads: Base layers being laid, no surface yet
Nothing in today’s photos is inconsistent with the projected Q2 2027 key collection date. What remains — internal fitouts, building systems, landscaping, and inspections — is exactly what you would expect to see at this stage.
Disclaimer: This blog is maintained by a cat who likes fried rice and occasionally gets distracted by void deck pigeons mid-sentence. These distractions are logged as ‘field research interruptions’ rather than ‘inability to focus.’ Twenty years of void deck observation have provided unique insights into community transitions, though admittedly most of that time was spent napping. The fried rice thing is just a personal preference and completely irrelevant to SERS documentation.
