Preparation for a new beginning
I just went downstairs to throw away some unused stuffs as we were packing up all our belongings and emptying our cupboards so that the cleaners from the AMK Town Council can come and throw away 2 cupboards and 1 bookshelf on 11 April 2022.
A SMS Scam again?
After I came back home, I went straight into the computer room and started packing again. Just then, heard wife yelling ‘Oh Shit, we kena enbloc’.
First thing in my mind was sure or not; followed by blank state of mind not knowing what to do.

Told wife to quickly contact our stainless steel kitchen cabinet manufacturer and external storage company to inform them about the SERS news and that we will not be proceeding with the customization and installation of the new SS kitchen cabinet sets as well as no longer be needing the external storage space as renovation will no longer be required.
Because the stainless steel manufacturer supposed to come down on the 14 Apr (2-weeks from the SERS announcement) to take site measurement for cost estimation.
Me on the other hand reached out to our interior design company to inform Mr. Alfred that we can’t proceed to sign the contract this coming Saturday 9 Apr 2022 as we kena enbloc.
So within an hour, our months of renovation planning came to a complete stop.
Shortly in the evening, the news of our SERS finally broke.
