On 20 Jun 2026 a resident shared these two photos — and they made me put down my fried rice for a moment.
On the back of a flatbed truck, sitting in the middle of the Pine Ville site: trees. Living, leafy, properly sized trees, being delivered to the development.
Trees only come in once the heavy structural work is done and the ground is ready to receive them. Contractors don’t bring in mature trees while excavators are still churning up the site — that would be a waste of good trees. When you see them arriving, it generally means the project is in its beginning phase of outdoor works.
